Contract Formation
No contact shall subsist between you and Hallstar Stationery Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Hallstar Stationery Ltd accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Hallstar Stationery Ltd specialises in selling to business consumers and reserves the right to refuse orders it deems to be of large quantities or placed by other resellers. Your order confirmation is for your convenience and reference only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Hallstar Stationery Ltd sends the email to you (whether or not you receive the email).
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
Pricing
“What you pay” – despite our careful attention to pricing an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item’s correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower and correct amount and deliver the item to you. If an item’s correct price is higher than our quoted price, Hallstar Stationery Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion honour the lower (and incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause undue inconvenience. Selling price may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
Your Order
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of equivalent nature (eg a black stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods, you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.
Communication
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and other special offers. As per the privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid opt out option will be provided.
